My default address was incorrect and when I placed an order I did not catch it. I sent a email and the issue was resolved on a Sunday and I received my order in normal time. You folks have yet to fail me when there is an order issue and often you are proactive when you see an issue with an order. Keep up the great work

I continue to use this website for my home groups celebrations and anniversaries. Their prices are very competitive and their service is excellent. Once I place my order those items are delivered to me in a speedy and professional matter. Would recommend this site to friends

I have been buying anniversary coins, engraved tokens, and various other products for many years. They have always be accurate and prompt in filling the orders. Once I accidently ordered duplicate coins on 2 separate orders and they called me the next morning before I called them to verify I had intended to do that which I had not.  Great customer service
