My order didn’t arrive on the day The Recovery Shop emailed to say it had been delivered. I emailed them asking for information to complete a Missing Mail claim. I got an immediate response! I am beyond impressed!

I've been ordering medallions through Recovery Shop for a while and I've always had great service. I always receive exactly what I order, plus a couple little goodies. Shipping is super fast, which I really appreciate. Will continue to use this site for all my recovery-related needs!

Recently, I ordered some chips from a facility whose name is similar enough to the Recovery Shop that I thought I was ordering from them.  When the items didn't arrive in a week, I called them and was told he "Hadn't got around to sending them."  I knew then and there that I had made a mistake as Recovery Shop always ships very quickly.  I don't buy chips anywhere else.
