( FAQ ) - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS USA Shipping Info Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? We ship US Mail within 24 hours of receiving your order, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 3 PM Eastern Standard time are most often shipped the next business day. Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE? Typically, 2-5 Business Days for Standard Ground. Priority Mail packages usually arrive within 2 to 4 Business Days after you've placed your order. Q: HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING CHARGES? Shipping costs are based on the weight of items with allowances for typical packaging material weights. Q: HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER QUICKER? The ONLY OPTIONS AVAILABLE are: 1. US Postal EXPRESS - Guaranteed 2-day delivery from the time of arrival at the Post Office. 2. UPS - is an option but you will have to give us a call so we can make it happen for you. 888-798-3496 Typical charges may range from $ 30.00 to $ 90.00 depending on package weight, size, and distance. We do not use FedEx - they're too far away. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO OUT OF COUNTRY orders are based on USPS Live Rate shipping charges and DO NOT include Customs Fees, Duties, or VAT. ( It's very expensive - we know - but USPS mail is, by far, less expensive than UPS ) *Note* - We cannot track your order once it is handed off to your country's postal service. We will not reship orders until after a minimum of 3 weeks have passed since your order was mailed.
